Intellectual Property Notice

Unless otherwise stated, Inspired By Lazy LLC owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with its website and original products, including:

Product geometry and design
CAD models and technical drawings
Resin gear designs
Electronic designs and circuit-board layouts
Firmware and software
Product names and branding
Photographs, illustrations, graphics, and videos
Written documentation and website content

Purchase Does Not Transfer Intellectual Property

The purchase of a physical product permits the customer to possess and ordinarily use that product. It does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or grant permission to:

Copy or reproduce the product
Scan or digitize the product for reproduction
Create molds from the product
Manufacture duplicates
Distribute CAD or technical files
Produce derivative commercial products
Use Inspired By Lazy LLC branding
Represent another product as manufactured or approved by Inspired By Lazy LLC

Any reproduction, manufacturing, licensing, or distribution right must be granted in a separate written agreement signed by Inspired By Lazy LLC.

Nothing in this notice prohibits conduct that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot be restricted by agreement.
