These Terms and Conditions govern access to inspiredbylazy.com and purchases from Inspired By Lazy LLC. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies incorporated into them.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. A minor may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products
Inspired By Lazy LLC sells products that may include:

- Prototype mechanical components
- Electronics
- Engineering tools
- Replacement components
- Manufactured products
- Custom or made-to-order products
Product availability, specifications, appearance, materials, and pricing may change without notice.
We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Colors, surface finish, dimensions, and appearance may vary because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, material batches, and production methods.
3. Prototype and Evaluation Products
A product identified as a prototype, experimental, development, evaluation, or preproduction product is not represented as a finalized production product.
Prototype products may:
- Have visible manufacturing marks
- Have dimensional or cosmetic variations
- Be revised in later versions
- Lack certifications or ratings not expressly listed
- Require customer testing and validation
- Be unsuitable for safety-critical applications
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the customer’s intended application.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Shipping restrictions
- An inability to safely or legally fulfill the order
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion.
5. Prices and Taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may be added during checkout.
We may correct pricing or listing errors before accepting or shipping an order.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
7. Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States using USPS, UPS, or another carrier disclosed during checkout.
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
8. Final-Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer:
- Changed their mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- No longer needs the product
- Selected an incompatible specification
- Does not like the appearance or finish
- Used the product in an unsuitable application
Customers must review product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and compatibility information before ordering.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
The final-sale policy does not prevent you from reporting an item that:
- Was materially damaged during shipping
- Was not the item ordered
- Was missing from the shipment
- Materially differed from the accepted order because of our fulfillment error

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” WITHOUT A VOLUNTARY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FROM INSPIRED BY LAZY LLC.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Product Use and Safety
Customers must inspect products before use and follow all instructions, specifications, warnings, and published limitations.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are not designed, tested, or certified for:
- Medical or life-support systems
- Personal protective equipment
- Emergency systems
- Aircraft or aerospace flight systems
- Automotive safety systems
- Structural or load-bearing safety applications
- Fire-suppression or hazardous-location systems
- Any application in which failure could cause death, personal injury, or major property damage
Do not use a product outside its stated design limits.
12. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- Activities conducted through your account
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer:

- Manufacturing rights
- A right to reproduce or sell copies

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPIRED BY LAZY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST PRODUCTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO INSPIRED BY LAZY LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
