What does Inspired By Lazy LLC sell?
We design and produce original engineering products, including resin gears, prototype components, electronics, tools, and future production-manufactured products.
Are the resin gears original designs?
Yes. Products identified as Inspired By Lazy LLC designs were developed by Inspired By Lazy LLC. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer the right to reproduce, manufacture, scan, mold, copy, or resell duplicate products.
Are prototype products production-ready?
Not necessarily. Products labeled prototype, experimental, evaluation, or preproduction are intended for testing and development. Customers must determine whether they are suitable for their intended application.
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final except as required by law or when an approved remedy applies to a shipping-damage or fulfillment-error claim.
Do your products have a warranty?
Inspired By Lazy LLC does not provide a voluntary product warranty unless a specific product page includes a separate written warranty. Products are sold subject to our Warranty Disclaimer and any nonwaivable legal rights.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.
Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS and UPS. The available carrier may depend on the destination, product, package, and shipping service selected.
How long does processing take?
In-stock products generally require 3–5 business days before shipment. Made-to-order, custom, prototype, or backordered products may have longer lead times stated on the product page.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact sales@inspiredbylazy.com immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be available after production or fulfillment begins.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Contact sales@inspiredbylazy.com within seven calendar days. Include your order number and photographs of the product, shipping box, label, and packing materials. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Can I request a custom design?
Custom-product availability depends on workload, technical requirements, materials, and project scope. Contact sales@inspiredbylazy.com with a description of the requested product. Do not send confidential designs until appropriate terms have been discussed.
