Inspired By Lazy LLC does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges.
Please review the product description, measurements, specifications, compatibility information, material, and intended use before placing an order.
We do not accept returns because:
- The customer changed their mind
- The customer ordered an incorrect item
- The customer selected the wrong dimensions or specifications
- The customer no longer needs the item
- The product is incompatible with the customer’s project
- The customer dislikes normal manufacturing marks, color variation, or surface finish
- The product was modified, installed, damaged, misused, or used outside its intended application
Order Cancellations
Contact sales@inspiredbylazy.com immediately to request cancellation.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders cannot ordinarily be canceled after:
- Production has started
- A custom or made-to-order item has entered manufacturing
- A shipping label has been purchased
- The package has been transferred to the carrier
If we approve a cancellation, the refund may exclude nonrecoverable payment, material, customization, or shipping costs where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.
Shipping Damage and Fulfillment Errors
The final-sale policy does not eliminate remedies that may apply when:
- We shipped the wrong item
- A paid item was missing
- The product was materially damaged in transit
- The item materially differs from the accepted order because of our error
Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at sales@inspiredbylazy.com.
Your message must include:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box, label, and packing material when shipping damage is involved
Do not send any product back without written return authorization.
Resolution
After reviewing a timely and supported claim, we may provide one of the following remedies, as appropriate:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Shipment of a missing or correct item
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund for the affected item
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances, product availability, carrier investigation, and applicable law.
Unauthorized Returns
Products sent to us without written authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

IMPORTANT: READ THIS DISCLAIMER BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING A PRODUCT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY INSPIRED BY LAZY LLC ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND WITHOUT A VOLUNTARY WARRANTY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPIRED BY LAZY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Inspired By Lazy LLC does not guarantee that a product will:
- Meet a customer’s particular requirements
- Be compatible with equipment not expressly identified
- Operate for a particular number of cycles or hours
- Withstand conditions outside published specifications
- Be suitable for production, commercial, or safety-critical use
- Be free from normal manufacturing variation
- Continue to function after modification, misuse, overloading, improper installation, chemical exposure, excessive temperature, ultraviolet exposure, impact, wear, or inadequate maintenance
Prototype and Resin Products
Prototype and resin-printed products may exhibit:
- Layer or support marks
- Minor dimensional variation
- Color or finish variation
- Material-batch variation
- Different wear characteristics from machined or injection-molded products
Customers must independently evaluate the product’s strength, wear, temperature resistance, chemical compatibility, dimensional fit, and suitability for the intended application.
Safety-Critical Uses
Unless expressly stated in a separate written document, products are not designed, tested, or certified for applications in which failure may cause death, personal injury, environmental harm, or major property damage.
No Informal Warranty
Technical advice, installation suggestions, product descriptions, photographs, estimated performance, or customer-service communications do not create a warranty unless Inspired By Lazy LLC expressly identifies a written document as a product warranty.
Nonwaivable Rights
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits a right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If Inspired By Lazy LLC later publishes a separate written warranty for a particular product, that product-specific written warranty will control only for that product.
